Established in 1992 Kevin Thompson was a cofounder for The Chop House and Connor Concepts, The Chop House has become one of the premier casual restaurant concepts in the Southeast, with ten locations spread across three states. Retired from Connor Concepts a few years ago he renamed this site as Chops South Grill. Keeping some of The Chop House classics and adding on more comfort options with the help of his Managing Partner, Jeff Roberts Kevin wishes to take care of the locals and entertain the new clientele of this area with large party functions and catering available at this location.
